HIPAA requires a provider to have his Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP) on his website, if he has one.  The PerYourHealth website is available to patients who wish to access their billing records, but is not maintained by providers; therefore, the provider's NPP will not be found here.  If you wish to receive a copy of your provider's NPP, it will be necessary for you to contact your provider directly.
